Cubo Derby was the first site that Cubo opened back in February 2020. Situated in the heart of the city within Derby’s Cathedral Quarter, occupying a prominent position on the northern side of Victoria Street with a return frontage onto St. James’ Street. It is also directly opposite ‘Becketwell' which is going to be the home to Derby’s new city centre 3,500 seat arena. Derby city centre is also well-connected by road and rail. Derby is also one of the fastest growing economic areas in the UK, making it a great place to kickstart your business! Cubo Derby is a beautiful Victorian building with many retained historical features and impressively high ceilings. This Cubo building has a total of 3 floors; the large co-working space on the ground floor complete with reception area, barista station, kitchen and meeting rooms. The upper 2 floors give access to kitchens and communal spaces. You can also book meeting rooms for a time that suits you.
